District 21 VFW Auxiliary Color Run 2027

This wonderful event is to bring awareness to suicide prevention. Proceeds will benefit a non-profit organizations providing services to veterans and first responders facing life struggles.
Early registration includes T-shirt and additional shirts available for purchase ($10 for Small-XL sizes, $12 for 2XL/3XL/4XL sizes; prices for race day purchase will be $10 and $15, respectively)
Race Day Schedule:
- 7:00 AM : Race Day registration begins
- 8:00 AM : National Anthem and Route Safety Briefing
- 8:15 AM : 5K Color Run and Walk start
- 9:00 AM : Post-run festivities
Post-Run Festivities:
- Music, Hot Dogs & Chips, Vendors, Raffles/Door Prizes, Cash Canteen

Note: T-shirts are included with all registrations if registered by April 30. T-shirts are NOT included with registrations from May 1st and later (including Race Day) but shirts can be purchased at the race for $15 (sizes not guaranteed)
Packet Pickup Dates/Locations:
- Thursday May 27 and Friday, May 28 (4:00-7:00 PM)
- Luke's Locker - The Shops at Clear Fork

- Race Day Packet Pickup & Registration starts at 7:00 AM at the Race Site
- NOTE: Runners who register after Wednesday, May 25 can only pick up their packet on Race Day
Event route:
- Event starts and finishes at VFW Post 10429. Participants will cross Stevens Drive to Lakeview Drive. Run along Lakeview drive, enter the Benbrook Lake Park entrance gate, enjoy the beautiful view of Benbrook Lake. Water station and restroom facilities are available at the 1 mile marker. Participants will continue until they reach the halfway turn around point, identified by a sign and then take in nature's view as they head back to the Finish line for a total of 3.1 miles.
